I got down early (ish) as the forecast was better for the morning and I had my new JP X-cite 100 to try. I arrived around 9:30 and it looked perfect for a 7m and the new board. I got rig up just as wind swung from west to north-west and dropped to nothing! I thought about packing up and going home, but was talked in to waiting around and having a cup of coffee. Luckily the wind went back and filled in enough. I rig my 8.5 (too big for the new board) and sailed from about 1 til gone 4 o'clock. Just counted up on my GPS I did 50 gybes and only got wet 3 times so fairly chuffed with that. All in a nice cruising session (even if it wasn't on my new board!).
